The work behind
a better dealership.

I lead fixed operations and build around the problems I see firsthand. From warranty evidence and workflow design to vehicle presentation and applied AI, the work starts with what people need on the floor.

01 / Lot reflection & vehicle presentation

Give the vehicle
the attention.

Reflections can compete with the vehicle you're trying to present. I developed a lot-reflection workflow to reduce that preparation work while retaining the condition details that matter on used inventory.

My media work also includes studio treatments, vehicle video, websites, and inventory feeds. Presentation and the process behind it belong together.

02 / Garage

An operating problem.
A considered response.

These are tools I bring to dealership work. Each began with a practical question about the people, information, or decisions behind the result.

Garage + Garage Studio

Keep the accessory
conversation in the store.

A customer shouldn't need three departments to answer what fits, what it costs installed, and what happens next. I developed Garage to make that conversation easier for anyone in the dealership.

Garage

Vehicle selection, accessory choices, installed pricing, availability, and a documented team handoff. One conversation that can carry through to installation and the online scheduler.

Garage Studio

The other half of the system: interactive 3D builds that help customers see accessories on the vehicle, explore combinations, purchase, and connect with the store's scheduler.

03 / Garage Studio

Building the detail
behind the experience.

A selection from the 3D accessory library I'm developing for Garage Studio. Lighting, cargo systems, trim, and hardware—each part of a larger effort to help customers picture a complete build.

04 / Original environment studies

Design the setting.
Shape the impression.

My location collection explores architecture, light, material, and atmosphere as part of automotive presentation. These original digital environments give me a wider visual vocabulary for the vehicles and stories I work on.

05 / The information behind the operation

Make the work clearer.
Keep the judgment human.

Warranty, data, AI, and daily reporting each require a different approach. The common thread is making information usable without losing the record behind it.

Warranty integrity01

CLAIM

Audit Protection and Supported Recovery.

Repair orderWAM reviewEvidence record

A claim needs to be supported when it's submitted—and explainable when it's reviewed later. CLAIM checks repair orders against Stellantis WAM requirements, flags documentation gaps and potentially missed supported reimbursement, and retains the evidence.

Inside the approach

The question

Does the repair order support the work, the reimbursement, and the record needed for an audit?

My response

I connected review and evidence retention so that the reasoning behind a claim remains available. Findings go to a person for review before action.

Why it matters

Documentation quality and audit readiness need to be part of the workflow, rather than something reconstructed after the fact.

Dealer-controlled information02

Freehold

Know where the number came from.

Source recordsLake & lakehouseOperational insight

I am developing Freehold around dealership ownership of its data and control over how it moves. It preserves source records and their history, separates raw information from derived reporting, and supports consistent definitions across the business.

Inside the approach

The question

Can the dealership trace a result back to its records and understand how the number was calculated?

My response

A lake and lakehouse foundation with source history, controlled access, and a clear distinction between incoming data and the analysis built on it.

Where it stands

Ongoing development toward a controlled dealership pilot. The goal is reliable operational analysis and targeted customer insight on the dealership's terms.

Applied artificial intelligence03

Praxis

Bring context into the working day.

Working contextAI assistanceHuman review

Running a department means moving between decisions, documentation, follow-up, and disconnected systems. I developed Praxis as a private AI workspace, including a local 200-billion-parameter model specialized for fixed operations and dealership work.

Inside the approach

The question

Where can AI reduce repetitive preparation and help someone make a better-informed decision?

My response

Workflows that organize project context, retain useful information, and prepare actions for review. The surrounding process matters as much as the model.

How I judge it

Where did the information come from? What remains uncertain? What needs a person's judgment? Those questions guide how I apply the technology.

Daily operating visibility04

Fixed Ops Tracker

See the change while you can act.

Daily measuresTrends & exceptionsAccountability

Month-end results arrive too late to run the day. I developed a daily view of gross, repair orders, work mix, effective labor rate, advisor performance, and trends so managers can see where attention is needed.

Inside the approach

The question

What does a manager need to know today to change the outcome?

My response

Connect the operating measure to a person and a practical next action. At Mac Haik, I paired video MPI with a technician bonus program tied to a 90% video made-to-order standard and tracked customer-pay lift by technician.

Where it connects

The same thinking informs customer-experience follow-up and payroll workflows: reduce repeated preparation and make exceptions visible.

The sequences above explain the workflow; they are not screenshots or live dealership records.

06 / My perspective

The tool is only useful
when people use it.

I stay involved through implementation, training, and adoption. That's where a technical idea becomes part of a working department.

My perspective comes from 11 years of fixed-operations leadership across domestic, import, and luxury dealerships, coupled with a computer science background.

I've implemented myKaarma across the stores I've led and video multi-point inspections at every store I've led since 2021. That experience taught me to connect the system to the advisor's conversation, the technician's work, and the customer's decision.

I look for problems worth solving: work that makes an individual more productive, protects department profitability, or removes expense without weakening the experience.

Automotive restoration and vehicle design are personal interests that carry into my creative work. I appreciate the decisions behind a well-built vehicle—and the same care in the systems around it.
